Booking requests: name, email address, phone number and stay details (room, dates, number of guests). Submitted directly through our website and managed exclusively by us. Used to confirm and manage your booking and, once the stay takes place, to comply with our legal obligations as a registered accommodation establishment. Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.

3. How long we keep your data

Booking records are kept for the period required by Portuguese tax and accounting legislation (generally 10 years).

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data. We may share it only with service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the website (hosting, email delivery) and, where required, with public authorities, such as SEF/AIMA, for guest registration obligations. All providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and, where applicable, act as processors under GDPR-compliant agreements.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability.
